Tanong lang regarding Vicidial...

Pwede ba makita kung sinong admin ang nag add ng DNC number? Hindi ung agent DNC disposition ung tinutukoy ko ah.

Mga sir ask ulit ng tulong, ganito kase problema ko sa gsm gate way ko,, meron kase akong 20 channel or port na sim card... ang na expirience ko is ganito sa smart sim,, hindi ako makapag outbound call,, lage syang busy, congested, sip error 603, declined and status.. pero ttry kong palitan ng ibang globe and sun ok naman outgoing call.. anu kase problema sa smart... Eto mga error
DIAL ALERT:

Call Rejected: BUSY
Cause: 21 - Call rejected.
SIP: 603 - Declined


dun sa error sa sim ng smart can you check the settings for sip.conf yung NAT value mo?

Ay ganun. Edi hindi pwedeng makita pala kung sino nag DNC na admin:lol:

HI Sir ask lang po ulit.. nag apply ako ng sip trunk sa pldt na 10trunk paano ko macoconfig ito sa vicidial.. pag tinawagan yung main number matic nah lilipat sa mga extension??

Gagawa ka po ng Inbound Groups pero una po dapat ang campaign para sa number mo is nakaset sa inbound_man. The you need to create inbound Groups after creating inbound groups you need to create the DID where your inbound number will be identify. Sa users mo make sure that they are set to default blended and choose blended so they can login with the in groups and selected sa knila yung in bound ng campaign.

Medyo kulang ang instructions ko po kc depende po kung paano ang gusto nyo sa inbound like hahatiin s 2 or selected lang ang may inbound. You can start first by creating Ingroups and if medyo naligaw ka po ng landas post lang po d2 marami po ang tutulong sa atin.

iba na case sau ahh... sa vicidial kelangan mo contact ng telco provider ng did na siyang magbibigay ng Inbound # sainyo then sa vicidial gawa ka ng DID setup mo doon tapos groupings and etc.

Pwede ba ung ganitong setup..

Kapag private ip ang gamit ng vicidial eh private ip din ung nasa recordings link, pero kapag public ip naman eh magiging public ip ung recordings link?

Kasi gusto ng client namin external na maka download ng recordings kaso private ip (internal / local ip) ung nasa recordings ng link.

Sir alam ko nman if paano maglagay ng did,, gamit ko kase 8 port dagium card pci,, then tnag apply ako kay pldt ng sip trunk with 10 hunting number.. example eto ang main number 027771234 then ibang line is 027771222 , 027771333,027771444,027771555.. ang tanong ko if paano ko maisesetup ito or dialplan for inbound na automatic nah lilipat ang call sa mga hungting numbers...

Pwede naman it depends on how you are going to setup s internal network mo, but if you can create a VPN server para s client it much safer compared to making your server accessible outside.

Gusto mo pagmay tumawag s number mo 027771234 it will transfer to those other number that you have, Im not sure if I understood you correctly but you can just simply create them as extns. then member of the ingroup. Then you need to set your campaign to inbound_manual then s inbound groups you can specify if you want it to be longest wait or lowest call or inbound rank etc. As long that the agent is member of that ingroup any number or exts n ggamiting nya ay makakareceive ng inbound call. Unless na iba po ang nasa isip nyo or gustong setup pedeng pki elaborate n lng po.

Paturo naman kung paano to ts. Kasi ung alam ko lang eh palitan ng public ip ung sa external, kaso baka madamay ung sa internal namin.

Suggested ko na rin ung sa VPN kaso ayaw ng client.

Another question...

May binigay kasi ung client na config for SIP account sa eyebeam, after ko naman ma config, registering lang ung status ng eyebeam.

Ang ginawa ko nag lagay ako ng SIP Listen Port Manual Override at gumana. Ang tanong eh bakit ganun? Kailangan pang mag lagay ng manual override?

Ang sabi kasi ng client eh wala daw problem sakanila. Nag try din ako mag login, kaso hindi ko naririnig ung customer sa kabilang line during calls.

Tingin ko kasi ung domain na binigay ng client ang may problem. Kasi working naman ung ibang domain na binigay nila.

Mga sir may tanong po ako regarding sa IVR. meron po kaming IVR sa office kaso po pag dinial yung public phone number nya may delay bago po magstart yung IVR menu. san po kaya may problem? sa provider or sa ivr ko? try nyo nalang mga sir hehe eto po yung phone number 4857246. thanks po.
FreePBX nga po pala yung gamit jan centos 6.5

Baka in use n yung port try to check netstat -ln | grep ':80 ' | grep 'LISTEN' (change the port to the one that u want to check)

or you can try netstat -tulpn

ano po bang gmit nyo s freepbx - Trixbox, Elastix or PBX-in-a-Flash?
kasi usually it will wait for the ext na ididial ng caller if walang need idial pacheck po ng Enable Direct Dial dapat disable po. Ang alam ko po once your system is connected s vpn you should setup your softphone with the right settings sa network kung saan ka naka vpn.

You can try to check with PLDT or Globe or try to check Telegate.

Gagawin ko to sa server namin ts? Kasi nakiki-connect lang ako sa server ng client eh. Kunbaga sa client ung server at ina-access lang namin gamit ung given informations like phone login, password at domain.
