First Time sa GYM...

Nilagang egg para sa mga nagpapalaki.. Mga protein food!
Advice ku lang sa mga gustong lumaki..
1. kain ng mga protein as in lamon kayo
2. Mag 1muscle-a-day ang banat dapat.
3. Pagka.Ok kana sa laki mo magbiglang diet ka! Tas boom.. Ung gusto mong katawan achieved na.

you are right, 2 yung phases ng bodybuiling, bulking and then cutting. just eat smart para majority of the weight that you would gain is muscle, not unnecessary fat

kamote is mostly carbs, sobrang konti lang protein. magandang fuel yun, but not a good source of protein.

you can actually lose weight without doing cardio, but cardio does help in loosing the weight faster. regarding you cardio, the length and intensity is dependent on you goal. listen to what your body is saying. iba2x kasi yung sinasabi ng ibang tao. if you have enough strength left, then do it, but be careful though as it might affect you progress especially after working your legs. patience lang bro. If you are eating enough protein and working out properly, you might have gained some muscle as well. so it is a good thing that you only lost 6.5 lbs.

so ibig sabihin bro burning ang ginagawa mo? kung gusto mo bro, advice lang.. Inom ka fat burner, like ripped fuel tas sabayan mu ng thread mill.. For sure tuyo ang taba mo 1month lang..

Goal ko bro is to burn belly fat and at the same time build muscles sa upper and mid. with the routine that I am doing, I really feel a big change bro. :yipee: Ewan ko nga. Basta ang alam ko, I enjoy working out. Binibigay ko hilig nung body muscles ko. At lumiliit n ang fats sa belly ko. I really follow strict diet. And it's really good.

ung company din na I was working with before jan sa pinas e 50-50 din sa fitness first. 50 sau en 50 sa company. hehe!

Thanks for the advice bro. Oo bro ganun ginagawa ko, pinapakinggan ko kung ano gusto ng mga muscles ko at maximize ko ang endurance ko lalo n sa cardio. It's just like this, I do first ung mga muscle building program ko then after 20-30s rest I do 30-45 seconds sprint and walk for 1-1.5 mins. I repeat this for 6-8 times hanggang kaya ko. Tapos after this, muscle program ulet. But I don't forget to warm-up and cool down (stretching) before and after all of these. And it's really good and really working on me. :)

@silvermix, ahm burning fat but at the same time gaining muscles. Thanks bro sa advice, but I have a rule, I WON'T LET MYSELF USED TO FAT BURNING AND MUSCLE GAINING AGENTS, I ALWAYS GO NATURAL. :)

no offense kay silvermix, i have nothing against fat burners, but sayang lang yung gastos dun lalo na sa mga taong tight ang budget tulad ko. Unless lang siguro balak nyo maging model ng brief.

Hehe.. Share ku lang un kase nung sumali ako ng fashion show nun medyo mataba ako at kailangan ko magpapayat as in one month lang ang time range.. So fat burners ang nakatulong ku nun.. Pero kung hindi ka naman nagmamadali ayus na un natural, hehe..
 
anu ba yung traps? part ng back o ng shoulder?


kasi yung program na binigay sakin para sa shoulders eh may kasamang traps eh
