Dowry po or (mahr) sa arabic, bridal gift po ito na binibigay of course sa bride, pagpapakita ng pagkaseryoso na gusto ni lalake na maikasal kay babae at pagpapakita na rin ito sa magulang ng babae na kaya ni lalake na buhayin si babae. hindi po ito mapupunta sa magulang ni babae kung di para kay babae lang po ito.

pwede naman pong ikasal pag walang mahr or dowry, pero dipende na rin po ito kay babae, kung hihingi lang siya na imemorize ang isang pahina sa Qur'an bilang kanyang dowry ay sapat na po ito, or singsing na laruan galing sa kornik, naka dipende po ito kay babae.

at patungkol naman po yung pagaasawa sa ina ay bawal po ito sa Islam.

sa Islam po, ang pumatay ng isang taong inosente ay haram (forbidden) sa Islam, parang pinatay na rin ang lahat ng sangkatauhan.

ang pagsigaw ng Allahu Akbar ay ibig sabihin si Allah is Great, kahit nga po yung pumupugot ng ulo sa saudi (capital punishment) ay hindi sumisigaw ng Allahu Akbar.

kasi muslim lang po ang pinapakita ng media na pag may bomba, muslim na ito, madami pong tao gumagawa ng terrorismo, muslim lang ang sikat. ang batang 14 anyos na gumawa lang ng orasan napagkamalan na bomba, ganyan po kame kasikat ngayon.

isa po sa capital punishment sa Islam ay ang pagpugot ng ulo, maihahantulad din natin ito sa capital punishment ng ibang bansa o relihiyon.

one question sir, why Dr. Qureshi?. you want to learn Islam right? why not on muslim who study the religion like Nouman Ali Khan, Dr. Shabir Ally, Dr. Bilal Philips?.

Former Muslims, especially those vocal critics in the West, are just as educated on Islam as any Muslim scholars. The only difference is that they have finally been able to discern lies from truth in their former religion.

If you only want to learn the theological matters of a particular religion, then there's no better way but to ask them from scholars of that religion. You can get straightforward answers only from them.

But if you want to know the truth value of a religion, then the last person you should consult is an ardent follower/defender of that religion. He will try to justify his religion no matter what, even defending the obvious anomalies and falsehood. Most religious followers are brainwashed and blind. They are living a lie but are so convinced in believing it to be truth. They are programmed to tell you only one thing, that anything can be wrong except their unfounded beliefs. The best people to learn it from are former educated followers of that religion. They expose all the deceit and lies being covered up by their former religion.

In any case, it's better doing the investigating yourself. That way, you can evade yourself from the brainwashing and partiality of both sides. There are secular academic sources that have published materials dealing with various topics on religion and are not tainted by religious and anti-religious biases. There are no propagandism and conspiracy theories. Just plain truth. And the internet is a good starting point to learn about them.

Knowledge is never harmful. A belief that can be shaken with new information even attacks by non-believers is not going to last. No wonder why Islamic governments want to keep their people ignorant and illiterate, and why even some religious people deem it unnecessary to refer to educational sources like wikipedia - because it contradicts their beliefs.

yan lang po ang kailangan niyo banggitin at muslim na kayo, pero mas mainam po kung may malapit na islamic center jan sa inyong lugar para mas magabayan kayo.

Hi Sir, stampede is not new to us, many pilgrims before who passed away due to stampede, that's why Saudi is trying their best to minimize accidents when month of Hajj comes.
