TS I need set's of food eh. gusto kong maging vegie.
nasusuka nakasi ako sa lasa at texture ng baboy beef/pork.. but then hindi ko ma resist yung chicken meat. . . kaso ganun din ahaha minsan nauumay ako pag hindi whole cook yung meat.
yung tipong lumalabas na yung buto after fried lutong luto dapat.

Target ko sana Vegie tapos may chicken meat konti, nag ggym din ako kaya massive eating yung ginagawa ko araw araw. isang kaldero kanin kaya kong kainin ahaha.

kaso medyo wala akong alam sa mga affordable vegie's food ngaun eh, nakikita ko kasi puro social na food wala akong pakielam sa design/plating and etc. ahaha ayoko kasi mukhang maganda yung food nakinakain ko. . . yung tipong hindi sobrang ganda tama lang. . .

May ma sshare kaba dyan na food set's?

hmm, na-try mo na ba yung buttered mixed vege's?. maliit lang ang costing nun pero swak sa health benefits. kung nag ggym ka naman, need mo rin ata ng red meat dba?.

actually, kung mag vevegetable diet ka eh madali lang naman gumawa ng recipe. it depends talaga sa kung anung klaseng vegetable gusto mo. may di nga daw masarap pero mataas sa vitamin value. isang halimbawa na dun ang ampalaya. marami talagang ayaw dun pero masarap talaga sya. :3 lalo na kapag me itlog. :3

para mas maliwanagan ako, can you give me some examples of "food set" that you wanted?. para naman malaman ko kung anu ang swak para sayo.

Recipe: Seafood Steamed Rice

Brief explanation: Hmm, eto yung paborito kong lutuin kapag umuulan. Pampainit ng kalamnan kumbaga. Madali lang to. And swak sa budget.

Ingredients:

• shrimp
• creamdory (or kahit anung white meat fish)
• squid
• white onions
• garlic
• rufina patis (or any fish sauce you like)
• cooked or steamed rice
• tap water
• slurry (pinaghalong cornstarch at tubig)
• ginger (use this if you want that tingling taste)
• spring onions
• salt & pepper to taste

Procedure:

• i-gisa sa pan ang garlic, onions and ginger. isunod ang squid, shrimp at fish. lagyan ng tubig at pakuluan ng 3 mins.
• timplahan sa naayong lasa gamit ang rufina patis at salt & pepper.
• kapag malambot na ang squid, lagyan ng slurry hanggang sa maging sticky ang sauce. (wag mashadong ramihan dahil magiging maja blanca kalalabasan nyan)
• after mong makuha ang gusto mong taste and texture, i-set aside.

• magluto ng kanin gamit ang steamer or rice cooker (mas maganda ang kalalabasan kung steamed talaga ang rice)
• ilagay sa isang chinese or normal bowl ang rice pagkaluto neto. (make sure na fit na fit ung rice para hinde mabuhaghag tingnan)
• ibuhos na yung seafood mixture na ginawa mo kanina on the top of the rice. and sprinkle the spring onions. yun na. simple lang diba?. :lol:

Note:

• napakadaling maluto ng squid, shrimp at fish. don't over cook it since may tendency syang maging stretchy. kapag naging pink na yung color ng squid at shrimp, it means cooked na sya.
• kung gusto mo namang medyo dark ng onti ang sauce, you can put oyster sauce or soy sauce.

by blanching on a very high heat
except on the fish w/c needs to be deep- fried on a proportioned batter...
then stir fry with the consisency of the slurry...

blanching. hmmm. pwede rin. kaya lang, karamihan sa nagbabasa eh mas preferred ang step by step procedure. and since madali lang naman lutuin ang seafood, eh di naman need i-blanch pa. maganda ang procedure mo if nagmamadali ka. but, ako kasi pagnagluluto - naglalaan talaga ako ng oras. IMO.

lels ka finch. dali lang naman lutuin nyan. an sarap pa naman nyan kapag hinde nabasag yung eggyolk. :3

1. Non-stick na frying pan.
2. Flat na sandok.
3. Mainit na mantika.
4. Asin.
5. Itlog

• Mantika na medium heat.
• Lagay mo dahan2x ang itlog dun at lagyan ng asin.
• Antayin maluto, depende sa gusto nyong pagkaluto.
