Hi Guys,


i'm trying to lose weight po with exercise.

may i know po if anong magandang food na kainin? sabi sakin nung Gym instructor na naka kwentuhan ko(hindi ko personal trainer kaya mailap mag bigay ng advice)

food intake ko eh fruit and vegetables pero wala siya msyado specific na sinabi ang sinabi niya lang

corn
sweet potato
saging na saba

tapos bawal rice (1 week nakong walang rice)
no fatty / oily foods
masarsa na pagkain or may sabaw na food

ano pa po kayang pwede kong kainin na healthy at additional na iwasan kong pagkain?
 
More on vegetables ka dapat. Hindi naman masamang kumain ng meat basta wag lang sobra. Pero kung gusto mo talagang pumayat, puro gulay ka dapat kasi mababa sa calories ang gulay. Watch your calorie intake
 
Share ko lang po dahil malaki din po ang natulong sakin ng pagkain ng Rice bars, para mas maka tulong mag bawas ng weight agad. Sabayan mo pa ng daily exercises para mas mabilis kang pumatay. Dahil gawa sa oats, wheat, nuts, and corn flakes, kaya naging fiber-rich ito. Hindi rin ito nagtataglay cholesterol sabayan mo pa nang calcium at ng vitamins A, B12, and C. Malaki ang natulong sakin ng masustansyang pagkain na ito, try mo rin :yipee::yipee::thumbsup:

Tama yung mga naging tip sayo ng Gym instructor dyan, more on natural foods ka kasi pag diet, cut ka ng sugar bawal 3-in-1 coffee at kung ano-ano pa, kung kaya mo na yung no rice okay yan, add ka ng camote, good yun then foods na rich in protein saka fibers, fish, chicken, beef and vegetables.
