Best for what? for a healthy liver? for skin whitening? The latter is just a side effect.

uu, side effect ng sythetic glutathione..
in reality, from the moment we're born, abundant na ang katawan natin ng glutathione. it's starts to decrease at the age of 20 at about 10-15% per decade (or 1-2% a year) depending sa lifestyle.

if whitening nga, eh di sana maputi na lahat ng tao the moment pinanganak ito. wala na rin sanang mga negro ngayon lols..
 
nalala ko tuloy before.. sumikat talaga si gluta ^^hmmm.. marami pa rin ba gumagamit?
 
Ang Glutathione po is supplement yan sa liver. Kung madumi liver po di gagana ang Gluta kailngan malinis yun, para pag nagtake ka ng gluta ang side effect nun ay puputi ka :). Try mo to binebenta ko po to and effective nmn talaga:

glutathione cannot be supplemented because cysteine easily breaks down in the gi tract. gsh is a compound naturally produced by the body so there's really no need to take it as a supplement. the best way optimize glutathione is to use precursors or raw materials needed by the body to boost glutathione production. glutathione accelerators/enhancers/optimizers as you call it.

given the benefit of the doubt, if you can provide a clinical study of your product where it shows glutathione increase at cellular level then no problem. but if wala, then this is just one of those whitening products nagkalat ngayon sa market :)

I am using Relumins Advance Gluta 1000 for 2 mos na and still continuing. So far sa skin color ko nakahelp naman siya magpantay ng orig na kulay ko (hehe) kasi may part na maputi then the rest medyo darker na dahil sa yung part na yun ang mas exposed sa araw (like arms, legs and feet). Then regarding naman sa face - since ako po ay combination and acne prone skin type nakahelp naman siya magprevent ng acne and nakaka-glowing siya tingnan.

Sa case ko kasi sinamahan ko nalang din ng change sa diet and lifestyle (like no dairy foods which is so hirap, eating fruits and vegetables, lots of water, no carbonated drinks), enough sleep/rest, vit c din

Siyempre kung may pros meron din cons šŸ˜… like pag nadighay ako may after taste siya (maybe because I have acid reflux), di siya pwede itake ng before breakfast and or before dinner kasi sasakit sikmura mo pramis.
