ok lang po lagi naman po ako nag vivisit sa thread para po sa reply mo, ang metrics po ba yun yung time schedule ng agent?
nag appply na op ako before sa cvg and unfortunately hindi po pinalad balak ko po try muna sa sykes.
alam mo po ba kung magkano ang starting ng tsr sa sykes?

Matiyaga naman po ako at mahilig ako pag aralan ang isang bagay na gustong gusto ko.

Hindi po, isa lang po ang attendance, pero hindi po attendance lang, kasama dun performance mo of how you handle your call, how productive you are as an agent.. sa madaling salita performance, mahirap maging specific kasi gaya ng sinabi ko ibat ibang account ibat ibang din metrics.

sa mga wala pang call center experience try
Sitel, Sykes, Teletech, CVG, WNS, Hinduja, you can also try 24/7.

Tips sa interview:

basta kapag sasagot ka sa kahit anong tanung nila laging mong tandaan dapat ang isasagot mo yung laging papabor sa company hindi yung papabor sayo.
Try mo din magsearch maraming tips for interview.

Sorry wala po akong idea kasi never pa akong nagapply sa Sykes eh.
Pero sa mga wala pang cc experience normally offer nila sayo is 14k - 15k sa iba, ewan ko lang po sa Sykes.

nandun na po ba sa 14-15k yung allowance and other incentives?
ano po ba ang karaniwang tanong or interview sa tsr?
IT graduate po kasi at employed pa po ako ngayon kaya lang po mababa sweldo ko
as an IT so kaya po naghahanap ako ng kahit medyo mas mataas ng konti sa sweldo ko ngayon.

18k salary package ko as TSR sa Convergys (no CC experience ako + fresh grad) kasama na sa 18k ung allowances, 13k lang basic salary ko e

wala kong exp sa CC pero experience as an IT 2 years. gusto ko mg switch sa CC san ba tmtngap ng newbee as in newbee nauutal utal pa haha

regular ka na ba dun? pag na regular ba magkaka increase ka din?

ayos n saken ung 18k salary package esp if magdorm ako sa may MegaMall banda bulacan pa kase ako galing e. anyway probationary period p lang po ako for 6 months tapos pwedeng madagdagan pag naregular depende sa performance un ung sabi saken. pero if lumipat ako ng ibang account pwedeng maging 15.5k n lang sahod ko kase ung 2.5k galing sa account/program na pinasukan ko which is Time Warner Cable, bale ung pinakamababang pasahod sa convergys is 15.5k salary package based sa nabasa ko sa terms nila.

sa June 29 p lang start ko :3 , anyway di ako sa cvg megamall nag apply sa may cubao lang recruitment hub nila mas mabilis process dun compared sa sites nila.

ung about sa training yep, 10 days na english communication skills training tapos 5-10 days product specific training (ung time warner or kung anung account napunta sau) pero paid training na un ang problema nga lang pwede kang ma-remove sa trabaho if di mo napasa ung training
