Normal lang ba na dumaan sa agency ang pag aapply sa CC's?

Yes. May mga recruitment agencies na nagpo-post ng job openings ng iba't ibang CCs in some websites like Jobstreet etc. Papapuntahin ka for appointment then pag andun ka na, iche-check nila yung resume mo and will do a panel interview along with the other applicants. Pagkatapos, bibigyan ka nila ng options kung sang CC mo gusto at anong account ang available then dun ka nila ire-refer. Minsan ihahatid ka pa nila using their service van malapit sa building nung CC.

May referral fee kasi pag natanggap ang isang applicant at yun yung benefit na nakukuha nila. For beginners, okay lang na dumaan sa ganito pero di na to advisable kung madami ka nang experience.

I'd rather you apply directly to the company kesa dumaan ng agency.WHY?
* they will ask you to undergo the interview and pre emplyment bruhaha then you end up being interviewed again by the hiring company/bpo..its a waste of time
* sometimes they lure you into saying this and that amount of compensation but when you get to the final interview it's too far from what they advertised

agree! maganda pa na magwalk-in ka na lang kaysa dumaan sa agency. may spiff/cut pa kasi sila sa sahod mo.
dun nakukuha yung referal nila from bpo company.tsaka mas mahaba ang proseso kapag nagagency ka,eh ang mahalaga lang naman na ipasa mo eh yung sa partner company nila. total waste of time sabi nga nung nasa taas natin.
konting sipag na lang sa paggogoogle at pagbabasa-basa sa mga blog at forum.

^your final pay is calculated as:
*last days na pinasok mo
*13 month pay prorated..for example nagresign ka ng january wala ka ng makukuhang pay
*your tax withheld.if you didnt complete full year you are entitled for a reimbursement
you can send me your basic pay details and resignation date and ill calculate it for you

wala na po ako masasakyan pauwi bulacan around 6pm na po kasi yun at last trip ng bus
