tax ko is 800+.

night diff is at 1k
karaniwan ang gross pay ko, nasa 10,4000-11,400 depende sa oras ng pasok.
net pay is at 9,100-9,900.
bihira bumaba ng 8,500."
Hi lean 9100-9900 pang 15th salary mo to tapos another 9100-9900 kapag 30th salary mo na?

@kren may training bond dn ba kayo sa cvg megamall? meron kasi kami. anu po ba opinyon nyo sa training bond guys? naririnig ko kase sa iba, ayaw nila ng ganto. tinatanggihan nila pag me training bond. sensya newbie lng po ☺☺

i get hired yesterday..
3x n aq nagaaply-d ko maxado sineryoso at parang pakanta paraan ko ng pagsasalita ng english e yun lng pla paraan pra pumasa
magbaon lng ng sandamukal n kayabangan (confidence)
sa versant ganun din ..
make sure n may tone lang voice mo khit d maxado clear
and be spontaneous lang sa pagsasalita ..un ang unang tinitingnan nla

depende ata sa account e, ung comcast kse sa cvg 3 or 4 months ata ung training ksama na dun ung cct as pst usually ung cct (english comm) 2-3 weeks lang tapos ung PST or ung product specific training ata un dun mga 1 month.
anyway sa mga may experience na dito balak ko kase mag resign sa cvg after ko mag 6 months this coming december, wla kase nakalagay sa contract ko tungkol sa increase upon regularization tsaka mejo malayo cvg sa bahay ko 140php pamasahe p lang balikan per day. balak ko sana mag apply dun sa may telstra malapit sa area ko kaso nag aalangan ako, madali b maintindihan ung accent ng mga auss tsaka mas mabait b cla kausap (less racist) compared sa americans? usually kase sa account ko where I handle 30-40 calls per day siguro nakaka receive ako ng racist n twag at least twice or thrice a week, ung ayaw makipagcooperate or ung magrerequest agad na intransfer sla sa local agents nila.
