hi guys.i need help, may interview ako tomorrow sa sykes baka pede naman makahinigi ng tips bout sa mga possible questions saken tomorrow. this would be my 2nd time applying para sa call center TSR. . .last week nag apply ako sa teleperformance first time ko lang yun and hindi ako nakapasa sa final interview. Mejo na down ako pero wth need ko mag move on and need ko tlaga job. hope someone can help me. thanks and godbless

Hi again guys. Nasa 106th page na ako and nakapag apply na din ako 3x sa diff company like teleperfomance, sykes and isp globral. Lahat sila sinasabi i need to improve my gramar. also need ko pronounce properly b,v,p and f. Yun last interview ko sa isp global muntik na ako bigyan job offer kaso nag back out sya pasado daw ako sa technical skills ko kaso yun accent ko need ko pa daw improved. So im thinking na mag training muna ako para mas ma improve ko english accent and grammar ko. May alam ba kayo na training school yun mura lang ang fee or libre? And base sa mga nabasa ko yun teledevelopment nag accept nag trainees ano po kaya requirements dun? mkkapasa kaya ako kahit basic english lang alam ko, pero pag dating sa computers or technical problem yun ang expertise ko. sana may mag reply saken.

mag turo ka na lang kesa mag work ka sa call center hayok sa stats ang mga kumpanya ngayon lalo tagilid ekonomiya ng amerika.

Hmm, I think nagbibigay nmn ng adjustments ang company pag student ka, pero it would be best na sa interview wag mo muna sabihin yun, then pag nakapasok ka na and after a few days of training sabihin mo na you're planning to study sa TL or trainer mo para mag adjust schedule mo Good luck!

salamat kuya pol.. hirap kasi ko makapasok sa mga schools ngayon kasi hindi ko pa tapos yung 18 units ko.. kaya medyo tagilid pa po ko sa pagtuturo

try mo din sa RESULTS MANILA hindi ganun kahirap makakuha ng job offer but be sure na galingan mo pag dating sa training kasi dun sila mahigpit ...sa mayTiendesitas location nun meron din sa eastwood.

call center jobs required for u to stay in the company following all the KPI's that they have required, syempre kailangan mu ng work kaya pipilitin mu db? den after that malalaman mu nlng na magsasara na pla un account! sakit naman nun! kc back to zero ka ulit, kaya as for me better check first the comapny background ha, at tsaka payo ko lang sa mga jobseekers esp. sa bpo, wag kau pabigla bigla kc maraming mga HEADHUNTERS COMPANY jan sa tabi2.
as i experience i have applied for tech. support but unfortunately i was not able to make it kc the questions during the initial interview were not meant for tech. support (kaya be careful).

sa mga gustong mag apply just log in to jobstreet.com madaming mga bpo (including bpo headhunters) company dun. here's some list na alam kong magandang BPO company

SITEL PHILS.- Basta regular ka hindi ka papalayasin kahit magsara ang account, lilipat ka nlang ng ibang account

STREAM- Basta nagkamali ka tapos ndi mu na meet un KPI's wag ka nang umasa na gagana pa un proxi card issued sau!

anyone here who is working for stream global? i got a phone interview yesterday from stream then they told me i need to come to their office for the assessment, any idea on what the assessment is? also some advice would be nice ^^ thanks and godbless.
