practice lang po.. learn it one step at a time.. saan ka ba nahihirapan?? pronunciation? grammar?

tip ko ay manood ka ng mga english movies and programs, try to mimic their accent and how they pronounce each words.. super effective yan.. be particular ka sa sounds ng P, F, V, B, th at TH.. yan usually ang mga critical sounds na tinitingnan ng interviewer sa call center..

S- Situation
A- Action
R- Result

Example:
When did the time you learned something new?
Situation: It was when I'm having a difficulty using facebook.
Action: What I did was I asked my friends and I did some research to figure out how to use it.
Result: As a result I learned how to used it pretty easily.

Malaking tulong to guys pagdating sa interview.. Dahil dito umabot ako sa final interview... Un nga lang tatawagan daw kaya wag na asa pagganun. Apply ulit sa iba hehehehe...

Tulad sa call center na pinapasukan ko... first in the philippines hindi na kami nagsasalita o kami yung kumakausap sa customer o sa leads yung computer na namin ang bahala! basta kami ang taga navigate... anticipated na lahat ng questions ng mga kano at may ready answer na yung computer namin click lang ng click! pero dapat naiintindihan mo yung sinasabi o yung question nila! para magtugma yung sagot sa question nila vs the computer...

Ang importante lang sa isang work tulad sa callcenter ay marunong kang makisama and most of all wala kang ATTITUDE problem!

di ko na sure kung working yung mga torrent files eh.. sorry di ko na na-update yun kaya pina-mirror ko.. yung sa MF link na lang ang i-download mo..

ganyan din ako before.. naalala ko pa nung one time na super practice ako ay naabutan ako ng kumpare ko sa sala namin.. matagal na pala siya sa may pinto namin di lang nagsalita.. pero in fairness ganda ng feedback niya sa akin.. haha!

hmm.. i'm not sure kung paano ang interview sa jobfair eh.. pero siguro parang initial interview lang yan.. basic questions like bakit gusto mong mag-apply sa company, educational background, skills.. mga ganun na questions related sa resume mo..

hi guys. katatapos lang ng interview ko sa stream global and sa tingin ko naman ayos naman kasi nasagot ko lahat ng interview nila, ako lang natira sa mga ininterview nila yun iba pinauwi na lang tapos ako inendorse nila mag language training for 2 weeks sponsored nila/. what do you think guys? pasok na ba ako o d pa? mejo nggulahan lang kasi ako.

nag apply na din ako jan.. dapat kasi kung tanggap ka nila automatic ipapakausap ka nila sa client the next day for an interview! kaso di na ako tumuloy!
