Ano ginagawa/trabaho pag Back Office position?

Gusto ko mag-apply sa mga Call centers. Non-Voice account. Yung mga Tipong Data Encoder muna. Sang company kaya hiring nito?

Samen may non-voice. 20k + ang sahod + benefits + allowance + fixed sat sun off at higit sa lahat PETIX.

waa..may pag asa pa ba ang englisg communication ko?bulol ako magsalita hindi ko ma-pronounce ng maayos ang letter R.wala din ako makausap ng english dito sa bahay at sa mga barkada ko.para ako sira ulo kinakausap ang sarili ko

ganyan din ako dati mga tsong. lahat naman matutunan at makakasanayan kapag nasa production na. dun lalawak ang mundo nyo. i suggest reading english magazines and movies for you guys. malaking tulong yon!

haha payo ko lang sa mga jobseeker, try to apply first on the job that u know u will love it,
kala nyo lang masarap sa call center eh, ang pressure mas matindi pa sa bulkang mayon! haha i have work as TSR for DELL account before pero almost lahat sa batch namin halos ndi tumagal ng 1 year, lalo na sa mga call center virgin(like me).
kc what my point is if you dont love the job and ur just after the cashing2... its useless po. tapos
so better apply for the job that u think u will grow and learn more.

By the way, Is there anyone here knows about IBM UP ayala technohub? .how's the interview goes?

-- ganyan talaga sa una.. nung first time ko mag-apply super sad ako kasi may potential daw ako pero marami akong lapses sa grammar at pronunciation.. swerte ko lang ng mag-apply ako sa PeopleSupport at pinag-training nila ko for 1 month.. kahit walang bayad ok lang kasi marami talaga akong natutunan at naging stepping stone ko na rin yun sa pagpasok sa mundo ng callcenter..

practice lang coz it will make you better..

hi esmhie. ask ko lang nun pinag training ka ba ng peoplesupport hinire ka din nila after ng training mo? ako kasi inendorse mag training ng stream global sa pierre and paul solutions for 15 days para sa language proficiency. Then balik daw ako after ng training ko para sa interview uli.

hi esmhie. ask ko lang nun pinag training ka ba ng peoplesupport hinire ka din nila after ng training mo? ako kasi inendorse mag training ng stream global sa pierre and paul solutions for 15 days para sa language proficiency. Then balik daw ako after ng training ko para sa interview uli.

hiring process ulet ang bagsak ko after ng training.. at luckily na-hire naman ako.. hehe! pero sulit na rin yang 15 days ah.. marami ka ng matututunan niyan.. and they will boost your confidence para ready ka na ulet sa interview.. sakin direcho final interview na ko after ng training eh.. kaya smooth na yung process after nun pirmahan na ng Job Offer..

try mo ung training nila para magka-idea ka sa work na papasukan mo..

ah. oo nag start na ako ng lpet training ko kanina. i really need to improve my grammar pero sabe saken ng instructor much better daw kung mag focus ako sa accent ko yun daw kasi mas tinitingnan ng interviewer.
