Hi! Forgot ko na kasi kung san e lalagay pero meron dito http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=766 usually kasi yung ibang dev tinatangal na yung boot sound. Hanap ka lang dyan ng gusto mo may mga flashable na bootanimation with sounds.
Kung hindi ako nag kakamali sa System/Media or /system/customize/resource (depende sa ROM na gamit mo) tapos nandun yung bootanimation.zip yung audio sa sa data/local ata dun mo e lalagay yung android_audio.mp3. Pwede ka rin gumawa ng sarili mong boot sound basta maikli lang. Confirm mo na lang sa developer ng rom mo kung saan ang location.

TAKE NOTE: Be careful with first link as doing the steps for HBoot can brick your phone, if you missed type one letter your phone is doooooomed as you won't be able to access the phone via recovery or wat so ever so do the second link first!
So make sure your USB Cable is secured (Won't be disconnected dusing HBoot process) and I prefer if your using a laptop just in case the power fluctuate the laptop will not power off during the process of HBoot.

Well first step pa lang yung rom, need mo mag flash ng custom rom kasi yung mga dev sila nag gagawa ng way para bumilis yung phone and mas gumanda yung battery life.
Mababasa mo na sa thread ng dev kung ano yung mga features ng phone also mababasa mo rin mga feedback ng users.

Piliin mo ARM7 then install. Wala kasi ako sa bahay to check. naka apk ba yung file pag DL? Pag naka apk lagat mo lang sa sd card then install medyo matagal mag install since 80mb then run mo pag ayaw run mo with internet baka need nya ng internet verification like gameloft games after pwede na offline.

Hi super newbie here, as in di ako masyadong techie about rooting and stuffs, but i do have one question, posible pa maupgrade yung gingerbread sa desire hd to ICS? if oo, mahirap ba? hehe. sorry super newbie talaga.

yung nga ang problema paps hindi siya naka-APK.. madali lang sana kung naka-APK sya, dirediretso sana siya.. naka-zip yung file tapos pag-inextract ang daming lamang files sa loob tapos walang apk file.

Hmm hindi ako updated pero ang alam ko wala pa atang official update ng ICS for Desire HD so if need mo talaga ng ICS need mo mag root ng phone mo.

Yung ICS update list ng HTC kasama talga ang DHD. Naka sched sya initially ng July to August. Ang bad news, last minute biglang pinull-out ng HTC ang DHD sa list. Ang explanation (more of palusot on my opinion hehe) ng HTC kung bat biglang cancel ang update eh iba daw ang partition ng ICS kaya di maiiwasang mawala ang user data during update. Check mo tong site na to for details. http://blog.htc.com/2012/03/ics/
Meron din nag file ng petition sa htc para ma push ung update. Sana lang pakinggan sila hehe.
Ang good news, kung rooted ka madami na custom ROMs na ICS kaso karamihan may bug sa camera. Yung Virtuous Infinity ayos yun. ICS with Sense 4.0 tpos fix na ung camera. Nai-port na nung mga Devs nung ROM n yun yung kernel 3.0 na gamit ng HTC sa mga ICS devices nila. Yun yung balak kong gamitin once ma release n ung final release in case di magbago ng isip ang HTC na di ibigay ang official ICS update hehe

Ako sir hehe. Kaka install ko lang last night. So far ayos naman. May konting lag pag multitask pero tolerable naman. Ang ayaw ko lang so far yung FM radio nya may bug. Laging naghahanap ng headset kahit meron na nakasaksak pero overall ayos naman. Both camera and video cam are working. Lahat ng effects saka lahat ng modes including 720pi HD. Pinaka close to perfect na na-try ko na ported stock based ICS ROM na na try ko sir.
Recommended sir sa lahat na gustong mag ICS hehe. Gamit n lng kayo ng spirit fm na app kung gusto nyo mag FM radio.
More feedbacks kung may makita ako na bug

After few more hours of testing, naging laggy yung ROM..pag nagrestart nagiging ok pero pag matagal n gamit nag lag uli.

oo maganda siya. mabilis almost stable except sa minor bug regarding the video recording.
