Just something that got out...

Well, actually some "things". I'll be using this thread to write my poems,
hoping somebody might like them.

Hmm... the views tick on. I wonder if someone really reads this. ^__^

The Failure

I miss the times when you were mine
when I was happy and you were fine

I miss the days when love was ours
when the sun shone brightly upon birds and flowers

I miss the songs you taught to me
Your lovely thoughts Ideas free

And how I wish you were with me
Inside this cell that you left me
My heart grows cold my body weary
Oh! how I wish you'll come back to me

I watch you now within the shadows
Our forgotten past and lingering woes
The darkness comes, my heartache grows
My body withers, it dies and flows.

One day in your life as you recall back
You'll remember the time when I loved you back

But by then i'll have someone who would seem to see
That all of those things that you couldnt see
Is what I have always and forever will be
Without doubt or question he loves me as me

That being said maybe you should know
He's not stupid enough to just let me go.

I see his blood

I see his blood upon the rose
The rose which autumn dewdrops wet
The blood in winter snow has lain
The snow in summer melts in vain

I like the imagery of this poem. I dunno why.

There once was a guy named Dan
Doing his business in the can
While he sat there awoke
His heart had a stroke
So he died a pants-less man.

There once was a woman named Sue

Hands down mah meen. Mapa-Filipino o English man eh talagang kitang-kita ang kahusayan. Napakaganda ng mensahe ng "Pangako". And I like how you wrapped up your message in the last stanza.

Whew...
And so after two years and a month I decided to edit the first thread.
It now contains a table of contents. Sort of... Probably better to call it a table of links. This day and age that's pretty normal anyway.

So, have fun reading. ^__^ I probably have a couple more poems to make before I die in a motorcycle crash or a burning building or maybe even before judgement day comes, either this october or december of 2012.
