mag-update na po kayo, pero pag ganyan po, piliin niyo lang yung "Other". :salute:​

the manual and the easiest way! - compatible to all versions of IDM!​


  • Open Internet Download Manager.
    (if you don't have IDM and planning to have one, click here! - credits to mellowmonster)


  • Go to Downloads. Click Options.


  • Go to Connections Tab.


-Connection Type/Speed:​

a) Set the Connection Type/Speed to:
"High Speed: Direct Connection (Ethernet Cable) / Wifi / Mobile 4G / Other".

b) Choose the default No. of Connection max as "32".

c) Click ok and close IDM.​

  • Now, open Run or press windows key + "r", then type "regedit"


  • Go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DownloadManager"

*In some cases, other people doesn't have "ConnectionSpeed" DWORD inside DownloadManager folder, to do this, right-click on the workspace, then highlight New and select DWORD (32-bit) Value. Then rename the file as "ConnectionSpeed"​


  • Double-click ConnectionSpeed, then click Decimal, it will show up a value of "0".


  • Change the value to ten times "9" or "9999999999". Then click ok.


  • A message will pop-up, just click Yes.



*To check if you've done it correct, look for ConnectionSpeed and its data value, the value must be "4294967295".​
