Mga kasymb! Baka pwede niyo ko tulungan sa weight gain challenge ko. Mas maganda sana kung madami ako mapupulot na tips para tumaba ako.

May current weight is 67-68kg with a height of 5'9. Mejo payat talaga sa height na to.

I've been trying to do casual exercise. Nagdadumbbells ako paminsan minsan, bike at active sa basketball pero di parin nataba. Aminado ako may time na mahina at malakas ako kumain at nagtetake ako ng weight gain na powder after exercise or basketball but I think its not enough.

Minsan kasi busy sa work at pagod kaya di consistent yung pagbubuhat ko. Ano ba mapapayo niyo sa tulad ko na gusto magkalaman? :geek::weep::yipee::excited::thumbsup::superman:
 
Noon Medium built ako kaso nung nag take ako ng multi vitamins daily for several months ayun ginanahan ako kumaen at kung saan saan kami kumakaen na fast food ni gelpren kaya lumaki rin ako upto XL built. Iba iba rin kasi metabolism natin eh just like nung tropa ko ang lakas kumain wih a hight of 5"9 kaso di rin nataba hah

Ngayon nasa loosing side na ako 🤣🤣🤣

Sana all! Hahaha ang hirap magpataba. Baka siguro nga dahil ganito na tlga built ko. Pero dami ko nakikita mas payat pa sakin biglang nalaki. Kaya di parin ako nawawalan ng pagasa. Siguro di lang swak yung weigh pro na iniinom ko hahaha
 
Meaning normal built mo na yan sir, blessing narin haha pero badi mahirap rin kasi biglang taba from a medium built kasi mataas ang probability na may sakit sya, i do suggest hanap tayo licensed nutritionist para mabigyan rin tayo ng tips sa gusto naten mangyari hehe, ayos nga sana kung may time pa tayo mag body built mag buhat buhat kaso after work wasted na agad tas dagdag mo pa byahe oshiii
 
Eto ung ginawa ko saken. Prior working in Manila, believe it or not nasa more or less 50kgs lang ako with my height of 5’8. Imaginin nyo nalang kung gano ako kapayat.

Nung nasa Manila nako, I started gaining weight dahil sa kaka fastfood tapos nag gym din ako and gained some muscles. After a while tumigil sa pag gym, ayun lumobo ng more or less 80 kilos. Sa ngayon, lose weight naman and wanted to maintain between somewhere between 65-70 lang (currently at 73). Hirap din pag mabigat at hinihingal ako haha!

To summarize eto:

1. Eat a lot
2. Exercise
3. Vitamins
4. Most important of all - iwas sa stress

5meals a day
protein shake.


i was doing dirty bulk kasi habol ko talaga tumaba. 1year po inabot ako nyan.
 
hi po,, mukang late na ko sa discussion na ito. pero just wanted to share. i am 6ft and height. my entire life i was so skinny. 165lbs which is payat talaga. for 1year consistent lifestyle nag gain ako ng 30lbs. how?

Salamat lods. Mukhang kailangan ko talga baguhin lifestyle ko na puyat at gaming.
 
Kapag gusto ko mag gain ng weight, I usually eat a lot of McDo. Salty kasi pag kain nila. Tapos I would laze around. Tulog sa tanghali (1pm til 5pm) tapos tulog ulit pag 10pm na. This usally gains me 2kg per week. This is without diet and exercises. Mabilis kasi ako pumayat.
 
Dagdagan mo lang carbs mo. Mag midnight snacks ka din.
