Definitely a 10. It's an animé by Madhouse, full length feature film. About girl that inadvertently gains the ability to literally jump through time. The movie is about her and her newfound ability, what she does with it, and what the repercussions are.

DON'T WAISTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MOVIE! Non-sense plot!...The violent/gore/blood factor is ok (a LIONSGATE trademark) but that's it...
