First Time sa GYM...

12 weeks? uhm.. my ksama ng suplement nun? ako kc ndi me nagtatake ng mga suplements eh.. pano kung tpos n ung sem break ko, pwding twice a week nun? tas in 12 weeks lalaki n ktwan m?
 
Neil, if MASS is what ur after, include in your routine the pillars of exercise.. SQUAT, DEADLIFT, PULL UPS,DIPS..U
dont need to buy those expensive supplements.
EAT at least 4 WHOLE EGGS a day..
Dapat lagpsan mo ang intake ng calorie requirement mo..
Usually 2,300 calories ang requirement for males..Gawin mong 2,800 if u wanna gain weight, then go for CUT if u want those RIPPED looks, bwasan mo nman yung calorie intake to about 1800..

tips lng for high protein diet mga bro...yung hindi msyado expensive, unluckily protein is the most expensive of all 3 enegy foods...like carbohydrates,protein and cholesterol....ito ang mura abot kaya protein resources.......1st legumes like mongo seeds, soya seeds.....lagain mo lng yun at lgyan ng gatas........sa meat nmn mas mataas ang protein compound ng beef kesa sa pork & chicken...kung sosi k tlaga bili k ng ostrich meat mga 1000 php per kilo.....organ meats k2lad ng bituka ng baboy,puso,baga,etc......regarding s egg kumain k lng ng pure white egg because pure white egg contains albumin that synthesis into amino acid which is protein compound mas mataas ang protein n mkukuha mo kpg fresh ang egg n kkainin mo sbayan mo nlng ng drinks like juice...about eggyolk 1-2 eggyolk k lng per day because eggyolk mostly contain saturated fats and bad cholesterol may high blood k agad kpg mtakal k eggyolk.........most specially drinks lots of water kc high protein in our body can damage our kidney....our muscle can heal around 2-3 days after our work-up dapat tlga my routine k.......excessive exercise can cause damaged or tear in our muscle fiber,when muscle fiber damaged or tear it doesn't heal at all,ito p all proteins when it dissolved it releases a by product which is called uric acid,high uric acid can cause pain in your joint in your hand and foot, ky important tlga drink plenty of fluids............good day to everyone i hope you will learn from me........tyaga lng yn at disiplina

Cuts or Chiseled Cut Muscle..

after going through the bulking up phase, you will have some fat to get rid of, so now is the time to cut down. You burn off the fat which will allow the deeper muscle cuts to show through. You don't want to lose your hard earned muscle, but you do want to lose your fat. This article we talk about how to cut properly.
Diet Plans..

Cutting and dieting is extremely hard and takes a lot of work. Dieting is very important while trying to cut and cannot be ignored. It must be done properly and it must be always followed. You need to make sure that you are eating at least 5-6 times daily. Eating this much during the day keeps your metabolism running excellent, which allows you to burn many more calories during the day. You must split these meals 3-4 hours apart. Once you have your meal times set, try to stick with them so that you get use to working with a routine. While eating carbohydrates on a cutting diet, you want to make sure the sources are complex. Some sources of carbohydrate include oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes, and yams. While on a cutting diet, you can’t just forget about protein intake. Protein intake is necessary because otherwise your body might start turning to it’s protein sources for energy which could lead to a loss of muscle tissue. Lean protein sources include egg whites, tuna, white meat chicken and turkey lean beef, etc.

Suggestions lang sa pag process ng Soya beans.. dapat ibabad xa overnight sa water,, para mabalatan ung soya beans, kc ung balat nya, mataas ung content ng.. ewan, something, bsta ingridients :lol: na mabilis 2maas ang uric acid mo..

ito pa pala working out tips.. eat ka ng saging na 2 to 3 pcs before or habang workout ka, pag masakit ang kasukasuan/joints mo.. :lol: isa sa mga matinding technique ng pinoy yan..:salute:

Kung totoo yung sinasabi nila about bad effects of eating the ALMOST COMPLETE food from mother nature, sana wala nang buhay na body builder now, from the 60s, 70, 80s. Including the famous present governor of CA now GOV. ARNOLD..
In their heydays they consumed about 1 TRAY of EGGS/ day.

Siguro if ur living a sedentary lifestyle,( yun bang tipong TV at tulog lang ang ginagawa mo sa maghapon ) then, dapat ka ngang matakot. The mere fact na nag ppkahirap ka sa GYM, it means di ka kasama sa mga maapektuhan nun..

ALSO, THE NUMBERS OF HOURS YOU SLEEP IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS YOUR WORKOUT. It is while we sleeps that we actually grows..Kahit a nong gawin mo sa Gym at kahit anong kainin mo kung kulang sa rest ang body, masasayang lang ang pagod mo.
Aim for at least 9 hrs of sleep in the evenning at kung mkaka idlip ka pa sa hapon the better..
