Gusto ko din magmarathon kaso di ako makapgtraining ng maayos. Sinu taga san jose del monte? Tara jogging lagi haha. 12k palang kaya ko ng walang rest

summer is trail running time :) may mga kasama ba dito sa Daranak Falls 21k trail run, kita kits po :)
 
hirap ako magjogging ngayun sobrang init, tama na muna ang 3k kada araw
pero bukas gising ako ng maaga, try ko kahit 8k ....:excited:

Mahalaga din po ang heat training, try to run if kaya hanggang 10am para mag adapt ang body sa heat. Mahalaga yan if mahilig kau sa trail runs and hiking.
Basta in doing heat training dala ng madaming tubig and most importantly listen to your body.

patambay nga din po dito sir....nag ja-jog din po ako dati sa pinas...21K 42K...pero ngayong nandito na ako sa saudi, 1 hour na lang ang jogging....hirap talaga pag nurse ang work....hectic ang sched....tapos pag napagtripan pa dito ng manyakis na arabo, patay na.....tirahin ka pa sa P***T.....

Good PM everyone ano po mai suggest ninyo na running shoes for flat footed at brand? TIA po.

nagjojog ako 10k every 2 days! Kaso 5 pm ako nagstart magjogging tamad ako gumising sa umaga eh.. hehehe

tips:

1. Drink 1 glass of water bago tumakbo.
2. Do proper streching para iwas pulikat.
3. Warm up.
4. While jogging, do proper breathing breath in = nose, breath out = mouth.
5. Most important find a spot na madaming chicks na nagjojoging din para ganado. :thumbsup:
6. Para feel na feel mo ang cardio try mo last 250 meters or up mag sprint.
7. Do cooldown exercises at streching after jogging.

Thanks po dito, lalo na yung proper breathing, hindi na sumasakit yung ulo ko kasi ilong lang ginagamit ko kpag breath in at breath out

ask ko lang po, bkt kaya may tumutulog sa may bukong bukong ko kapag tumatakbo ako...pero hindi nmn masakit...
