First Time sa GYM...

nagstart nako mag gym, sa 1st day, puro chest and tricep exercise ginagawa ko, kinabukasan shoulders and back naman, di na muna ko nag legs kasi malaki na legs ko :lol:
at sa 3rd day arms and biceps naman, eto naba yung pinaka mabilis na paraan para lumaki katawan?
 
4 d bginers, Lahat efective sa b0dy nyo kahit ano man ang tirahin nyo. Sasakit tlg ktawan mo sa 1stwik.. Dpende lng yan yan sa dterminati0n.
I find this program efctiv 4 d bginers..
Day1 Chest and triceps
day2 back and biceps
day3 rest
day4 shoulder and traps
day5 legs
repeat cycle..

guys, especially those na bago palang or nagbabalak pa lang magbuhat, try to consult a personal trainer first (if you are going to well known gyms) or yung mga bantay lang ng bakal gym. iba2x kasi nagrereact yung katawan ng mga tao, yung gumagana sa iba might not work for you. hingi muna kayo ng basic whole body program, hindi yung puro isolation lang. one of the most common misconception kasi is training just the body part that you WANT. for ex biceps, simple exercising you biceps will not give you bigger arms, nakakalimutan kasi yung triceps..

im not saying na mali yung mga nakapost dito kasi alam ko naman na it worked for them and i respect their post, you can just to use it as a guide.

if you train smart and hard, and then eat clean and right as well, trust me, you'd get the body that you want in less than a year..

Tama yung sinabi ni daverow27, nasa dedication lang yan..

Eh di nmn naggym ka lng ng 1wik or 1m0nth tp0s lalaki na body m0, pero mpancn lng na my changes..
Most of the trainers at mga pro ansabi na usually 5-6m0nths b4 tlga mkita ang result sa paggym..
Kya d0nt give up guys, it dpends lng sa inyo..
Nga pla, imp0rtante ung diet. Dpat my pr0gram din kau din sa pgkain.. Kc ndi nman ung mga bakal ang pumapasok sa muscles nyo eh,hehe..

may dalawang 12 lbs dumbel aku sa bahay en payat .. enough na po ba un para mgpalaki ng muscle?
 
may 2 12lbs dumbel po me sa bahay en payat me.. enough na po ba un para makapag tone aku ng body?

bro, kahit own bodyweight lang gamitin mo kaya maging toned yung body mo.. youtube maghanap ka ng pwede mong gawin exercise with your dumbels at pwede gawin sa bahay. dont expect though na lalaki muscles mo dyan sa dumbels mo :rofl:
 
pwede ba mag diet ung nag ggym?kc nag ggym ako..60 bnubuhat ko for chest..e ayoko nmn ng sobra laki katawan kya mejo light lng muna..gus2 ko ung bato bato lng..hehe!

bro, kahit magbuhat ka ng 200lbs sa bench press mo, hindi ka lalaki pag hindi tama ang diet mo. you need protein to build muscles. yes pwede ka rin magdiet during weight training, but wag yung crash diet that you hardly eat anything. clean your diet (avoid eating fast food all the time, pizza, cake etc..) go for fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits, whole wheat. Im guessing na you want a "model" like body tama ba? One of the most common misconception is if you lift heavy, you will become bigger. It will only happen if you are eating properly (with enough protein),genetically gifted ka, na kahit hindi ka mag diet lumalaki ka, or using steroids. so if i were you, i'd lift hard and heavy, not only will it make you stronger, it will be easier for you to achieve the body that you want and make you feel good as well.

no pain, no gain, parang nabasa ko to sa gym ah :lol: sabe din daw nung nagtuturo samin sa gym, kahit hindi ganon ka bigat binubuhat mu basta tama ang pagbuhat may maggain ka, saka sabi naman ng kabarkada ko na dating payat, ngayon bato na, sa umpisa habang nag papalaki ng muscles sasabayan ng madaming kain, pag kuntento ka na sa lapad ng katawan mu saka ka na magdiet at sabayan ng pagbubuhat ng magaan. ayun...:lol:
 
Don't forget to wear your supporter para safe ka sa luslos.

Isa sa mga foods na NAPAKAYAMAN sa protein ay ang hamak na MALUNGGAY.. yung 5 pesos na malunggay sa palengke ay katumbas na ng 1/2 kilo ng pork in terms of protein, about 8 saging in terms of potassium, iron, lots of vitamins and minerals na kelangan wen ur body building..
 
aba makapag malunggay nga araw araw, meron lang sa harap ng bahay namin nun :lol:
 
Guys speaking of saging, Di kasi ako mahilig sa feeling ko kasi nasusukua ako pagkumakain ako nun, anu kaya pede ko gawin para makain ung 1 whole saging. Before binubudburan ko ng Milo anu pa kaya pwede?
