First Time sa GYM...

mga sir . kung pwd lang mag tanong

ano po ba ang magandang inumin amino 2222tab or amino 6000cap?

pwd po ba ito pagsabayin ng inom?

sabi kasi sakin kapag 55-64kg ka dapat isa bago magbuhat at 1 pagtapos mag buhat? bali 2 sa isang araw?

kapag 65-70kg+ 2 na iinumin bago mag buhat at 2 pag tapos magbuhat .? bali 4 sa isang araw?

at mga sir yung gold standard whey protein po ba kailangan ba ito i blender bago inumin o pwd rin ba syang
i timpla lang kahit walang blender?
ano dosagee ng whey protein?

Nagtake ako ng Amino222 ok naman effect saken nagform ako ng muscles sa specially sa shoulder..pero once lang ako magtake kasi parang too much for me kung twice ka magtake.."just my two cents"..before work-out ako magtake
 
naalala ko yung unang gym ko pagtapos nun kinabukasan sobrang sakit ng katawan ko lalo na sa braso ko ung biceps saka triceps, masaket pag inistraight ko yung braso ko at pagbinebend ko masakit din haha. pero sa simula lang yun, pero after nun sarap na sa katawan mag gym ng mag gym :thumbsup:

mag 2 months na po ako ngayong dec. 20 .. wala po akong tinitake na supplements. 53 kg po ako dati ngayon 56 kg na.. age 19. height 5'4

hindi okay sayo to. ang makikinabang nito is yung gym at trainer haha. okay ang pagkakagawa ng trainor mo sa program mo kasi araw araw ka babalik sa gym= bigger income para sa kanila lol.
sobrang overkill yung program, araw araw na tapos same muscle groups pa 3x a week. tapos 1 day rest. patay tayo dyan. Muscle dont grow inside the gym, lumalaki tayo sa rest naten sa pagtulog, sa pagkaen.
i suggest do strength training, (google mo nalang stronglifts 5x5 or kahit anong beginner na strength training) i build up mo muna yung strength mo para mas maganda gains mo at mas malakas buhat mo. :naughty:

good sa weight gain, pero kaya mo pa sanang lumaki basta may maganda ka at proven na program at kain ka madami. wag ka muna mag supplements, di mo kelangan ngayon yan. Masterin mo muna pag nguya ng maraming pagkaen. :)

Walang kaalam-alam sa proper nutrition ang nagbigay sayo ng payo na yan. 1 tablet of amino 2222 is just approximately 2g of amino acids, the building blocks of protein. Our body needs protein to build muscles, but you need to consume at least 1g of protein per lb of your bodyweight, in a caloric surplus diet in order to gain lean mass. So kung 150 lbs ang bigat mo for example, you need approximately 150g of protein daily,that should come from a variety of healthy protein foods such as lean meat, eggs, dairy and nuts.

Amino tablets are not magical pills, they are just another source of protein. And even if you take a dozen of these supplements a day, you won 't grow unless you understand sound nutrition. With that being said, you need to understand basic nutrition first before even considering to take supplements. Supplements are just a waste of money if you don't have a base nutrition. Basa basa din ng nutrition articles sa net pag may time.

pwedend itimpla lang, pwede mo ring papakin. Pero wag ka na bumili niyan, pambili mo nalang ng tuna, chicken, eggs, milk, fruits and veggies yung gagastusin mo jan. Waste of money if you have a crappy diet.

2 and a half months na ako nag gym( evry otherday) bumaba na timbang ko at nagkaron narin ng tones ang braso ko ang tanong ko is hanggang kelan ako mag full body excercise? kelan ako mag split workout yung 3 excercise kada body part..

Pakilagay dito ng full program mo, next goal, height, weight, lifting stats sa squats, deadlift, at bench press para mabigyan kita ng maayos na advice.

Bossing, magpapaadvise po ako. I'm 22 yrs old, currently working sa office midshift 2pm - 12am, so nagstart ako sa gym 10am in the morning..
my height is 5 ft 7.5 in and my weight is 140lbs, and i need a beginner's program;
Weird ng body ko kasi nanggaling ako sa 170lbs (fats) last 6 months so medyo saggy ang skin ko (lahat cardio workout lang and bawas sa foods which is wrong),

My question is;
1. What is your recommended program for me? (not the slim one build, yung may mass unti, pero d kalakihan)
2. What is your recommended diet for me?
3. Any other tips

mga sir advice naman..mag start palang ako mag buhat..sa bahay lang ako mag buhat saka dumbells lang gamit ko.., tipid kasi ako haha! un pang gym eh pambili ko na lng mga makakaen ko para sa diet ko..nag ru-run naman ako pag may time..kadalasan 3x a week tapos 30mins palagi..tingin ko legs ko ok naman..bali upper body ang target ko..

any program para sa beginner na kagaya ko? (upper body)..nagbasa ako sa 5x5stronglifts kaso kulang ako sa equipment kasi ung barbell gamit dun..
and diet na din po?

Sir ask ko lang po if halimbawa may 3 sets ka and 12 repetitons, kung dun sa second set half nlng ung nagagawa mo pero pwede pang pwersahin tuloy po ba ung buhat or rest muna, di ko po kasi kaya ung tuloy tuloy na 12. thanks sa sagot

Boss dba yung powerlift eh Squat Intensive, eh anlaki na ng Thigh ko?

Pag nagstrength training ka tumataas yung muscle to fat ratio mo, given na maayos diet mo. Muscle is denser than fat, ibig sabihin 1 lb of muscle will occupy less space than 1 lb of fat. May possibility pa na maging leaner yung thigh mo if maburn ang fat around that area and mapalitan ng muscle. That is why a muscular man (V-taper) looks leaner compared to a fat man if their weight is the same, and everything else is assumed constant (height, genetics, etc.)

Hindi ka malakas kumain kung payat ka. Eat healthy like a horse 6-8 times a day siguradong mggagain ka ng weight. Eating 4x a day is not enough.

ito last? what's ur recommended starting working weight for me for each routine? Ako na lang ba bahala dun?... kung madali dagdag? kung d kaya makabuo ng reps? bawas?...
and nabasa ko every other day dagdag ako 5lbs right?...

As i Said earlier, i'm switching from cardio training( 6mnths) to strength training, so newbs na newbs tlga ako dito XD. Pumayat nga ako wala namang dating katawan ko XD..

3sets 12 reps ng situps
3sets 12 reps ng nakaupong inner grip pulldown

3sets 12 reps nung barbell na curve curve
3sets 12 reps nung isang machine na nakaupo ka tas bubuhatin mo ung nakaside
3sets 12 reps nung isang machine na nakaupo ka tas bubuhatin mo ung harap
3sets 12 reps nung isang machine nakahiga tas bubuhatin mo po pataas prang bench press pero ndi daw po

sorry po kung diko alam ung proper name for muscle endurance daw po kya pinapaulit ng one week, mabilis po kasi akong mapagod. pa suggest naman po ng beginner program thank you po

Hindi ka malakas kumain kung payat ka. Eat healthy like a horse 6-8 times a day siguradong mggagain ka ng weight. Eating 4x a day is not enough.
3hours interval po ba boss? pati nakaka affect po ba ang pagpupuyat? madalas kasi past 12 nko natutulog :(

Too many too soon. Low volume high frequency dapat for beginners hindi high volume, high frequency, you will be suffering from underrecovery possibly injury pa kung pagpapatuloy mo yan. Beginner ka palang start with the basics. Download mo yung 5x5 report basahin mo yun ang gamitin mong program. Panoorin mo rin yung video sa youtube.

Basahin mo ito
Kahit past 12 ka natutulog as long as you maintain fixed hours of sleep time and wake time para hindi nagrereset ng nagrereset body clock mo (circadian), e.g 12am to 8am everyday. Irregular sleeping times cause a lot of stress to your body and weaken your immune system.l
