pwede kaya alternate, ganito ang sked:
tuesday: bicep,chest,abs
wednesday: tricep,shoulder,abs
thursday: bicep,chest,abs
friday: tricep,shoulder,abs
saturday: abs, back, lower body
not recommended. Kung ganyang program gagawin ko, Medyo overkill for me yang set up mo. LOL daig mo pa routine ng naka steroids. Mababa recovery rate na mangyayari sa katawan mo since 5 straight days ka nag gygym tapos sobrang lapit pa ng same muscle group na winoworkout mo, chest again in 2 days? medyo overkill for me. humble opinion lang naman. and too many arm days in a week.
kuha ka nalang sa net ng 4 days split program. or try this set up:
mon- chest triceps
tue- back
wed-rest
thurs- shoulder biceps
fri- legs, tapos pwede ka na din dito sumundot ng chest, bi tris dito kung trip mo.
humble opinion lang
eto ung 3rd option ko sa sked ko:
tuesday: biceps & Chest & abs
wednesday: Triceps & Shoulder & abs
thursday: rest day
friday: biceps & Chest & abs
Saturday: Triceps & Shoulder & abs & Back & Legs
sunday & monday full rest day......

di parin okay. daming abs lol. abs are made in the kitchen, nasa diet mo lalabas yung abs, kusang lalabas ang abs pag mababa ang body fat mo.. konting tulong lang yung ab workout. bakit mas focus ka sa chest at shoulder? ang laki laki ng back mo. dun lalake body frame mo, di ka naman 24/7 naka hubad para makita chest shoulder at abs. hehe

srsly, you need to research. kung gusto mo ng 5 day split, mag search ka nalang sa google sir. medyo panget for me yung napipisil mong program. pero tingin ko mas okay kung 4 day split lang.
and nga pala, how's your nutrition/diet? you need to eat a LOT, i mean a LOT kung gusto mo ng 5 day program. 9 hours of sleep is a MUST para maka recover katawan mo sa 5 days na araw araw sa gym. Muscles dont grow inside the gym, sinisira lang natin muscle natin inside the gym. and muscle building growing process ay habang nagrerest tayo, dun nagrerepair muscles naten. so kung araw araw tayo sa gym kahit 5 oras pa mag workout, lol minimal ang recovery naten. minimal din ang muscle gains. overtraining pa

weekends: rest day again

sakto lang pero mas madami mas better dyan. pinaghiwahiwalay pa kasi quads, hams pati calves, i think pwede na icompress yan sa isang leg day.
follow mo nalang siguro yung una kong nabigay na split.

no legs muna,,ung body muna winoworkout ko e,,,ang concern ko lang kc ay kung okay lang ba ung 3 straight days ang program?
hirap yan pre... no legs... goodluck... magmumukha kang si johnny bravo nyan... dapat legs ka pa rin
nag papalakas bang bumuhat pag uminom ng energy drink bago mag gym??? gaya ng extra joss
panu kaya ang gagawin ko..napapansin ko kcng hindi balance ung chest ko,,ung kaliwa mjo may figure na..pero ung kanang chest, mjo maliit pa..
