yeah., some company still require that in medical exam.. but i don't know the term for that process of checking the rectal organ..

Frustrated call center agent ako,cguro nka 5 times nko nareject.kya nawalan nko ng pagasa.i passed exams,but pag intrview na nagrarattle ako kya un kinakain ko n words ko.any advise?gusto ko pa ring mgwork sa bpo.i love english but im n0t good speaking it .so sad.

Just don't give up. Ang mga nagtatagumpay e yung mga hindi sumusuko. There is no better teacher than experience. Practice speaking in english all the time. Speak until you feel your muscles in your mouth hurt.

first of all, you have to build confidence in yourself., nervousness is a given factor to all applicants., if you don't know how to control it then you'll end up losing the chance of getting the job..

plus the fact that the hiring process in call center industry is really not easy., you have to put so much effort on it..

you have to improve your english communication skills by practicing.. in that way you'll be more confident in dealing with interviews..

practice lang
ako i made it on my 13th try

watch foreign movies
and observe how they pronounce words..
sa accent lagi ako nadadale eh hehe

tip lang po sa mga mag aaply.

wag mo kayong ma-intimidate sa mga malalaking companies. kasi through experience, yung mga maliliit na company pa yung maarte! sila pa yung mataas ang standard.

wala pa akong inaaplyan na 'small' company na tinanggap ako. pero hindi naman sa pag mamayabang lahat ng 'big' companies tanggap ako. like CVG, accenture, HSBC etc.

i passed the exam sa firstsource. kinabahan pa ko nung una nawawala daw exam papers ko aun i passed nga daw pero. keep my phone on standby daw coz yung mag iinterview saken for final interview eh unavailable pa daw. pati sa non voice account daw ako na assign. tsr yata binigay sken.
