Guys I've been reading this thread since Monday and I really learned a lot. Thank you to all those who are keeping this thread so alive. I'm going to apply in Ortigas tomorrow. Wish me luck guys... I need many many many many luck... Good luck to me..

kung magaapply kau sa mga call center wag na kayo dumaan sa mga bpo dumirecho na kayo kgad sa company kase waste of time lang yung ibang bpo magtetest ka sa knila pagdating mo sa company magtetest ka pa ulet... anyway, sa convergys ako nagwowork kung gusto nyo ng stable company sa convergys kayo kase maraming benefits and mawala man yung account bibigyan ka nila ng new account, regular offer samen 13-15k + 5k allowance +1k rice allowance after 1 year. medyo mahirap nga lang magapply para sa mga newbie tsaka minimum req 2 years in college at hindi enrolled.

maybe you meant was a "recruitment firm" not a BPO.

BPO stands for Business Process Ousourcing.

Convergys is also considered as a BPO company my friend.

anyone here who is working for stream global? i got a phone interview yesterday from stream then they told me i need to come to their office for the assessment, any idea on what the assessment is? also some advice would be nice ^^ thanks and godbless.

i dont have any idea about assessment but in my own opinion its just d same as interview.

sa stream kb? hmmm... for me try other BPO company nlang.

bka ang cnasabi mu un mga headhunters na firm hindi BPO,

i dont have any idea about assessment but in my own opinion its just d same as interview.

sa stream kb? hmmm... for me try other BPO company nlang.

mag apply pa lang po ako sa stream sa monday tinawagan lang kasi ako and nakapasa ako sa phone interview. baket po ser? ive tried teleperformance, sykes and isp global hindi ako nakapasa sa final interview. Meron po ba kayo alam na madali lang sa interview medyo mahina po kasi ako pag dating sa mga behavioral question.

also gusto ko mag pasalamat kay mam esmhie natapos ko na po basahin lahat ng post dito sa thread na to and nabuhayan ako ng loob para pumasok sa industry ng bpo. thanks po and godblesss

huhuhuh after long hours of applying umabot ako hanggang sa final interview... bat so sad kasi sabi sa final interview tatawagan daw ako... hindi na ko aasa try and try hanggang matanggap (sana matanggap na sa susunod)

ganun nga nangyari sir... pero ang masaklap dun yung iba nabigyan na ng schedule ng training nila. kaming wala un daw tatawag daw... kaya di na ako aasa... maghanap na lang ako ng iba kesa magantay sa wala
