let's just say multi-band has this advantage of flexibility over single-band. coz you can choose the best connection that's available for each location/network.

if we're talking about e353 and e372, it is another thing,
there's e353 that's multi-band and there's single band (3 LOGO).
i'm not sure bout e372 if there's such thing as single band circulating around, but its advantage over e353 was the highest speed that can be attain.
E353: up to 21mb
E372: up to 42mb

As far as i remember HG sold E353 "Huawei" Logo, but i don't know if this is multiband.

^Isa pang difference ng e353 at e357 ay hardware - e353 has an external antenna interface which the e357 lacks out of the box. Kahit naman multiband ang e357 hindi rin naman ma-maximize ito sa Smart kasi wala naman WCDMA850 ang e357 so either HSDPA/HSPA+ ka lang makaka-connect since WCDMA2100 ang frequency na gamit ng 4G+ network ng Smart ang Globe.

--thanks dito. I though na kapag multiband ang e357 masasakop na ang other frequency like 850mhz, ....2100mhz ata ang 3G/HSDPA/HSPA/HSPA+ for Globe and Smart. Correct me if I'm wrong.

okay share ko rin tong napakasimpleng solution para sa mga may external antenna at maluwag na yun gold (CRC9) connector.

all you need is 6 nylon zip ties.
