Nag start ako mag gym last year ng april or may.
Bali mag 1 year na ko ngayon. Pero onti lang nagbago
sa katawan ko. Dati mga nasa 45kg lang ako tas ngayon
52kg lang. Ang problema ko kasi mahina ako kumain.
Penge naman advice na pwedeng inumin pampalaki ng
katawan. Ung abot kaya lang sana.
20years old na pala ako. TIA.

Milk Is Dangerous for Your Health

Our current government guidelines recommend drinking three glasses of milk a day for every American over five. For kids under five, Uncle Sam recommends chugging two glasses a day. But is milk a health food? Should we really be eating dairy? Is there any real science behind this, or is this just the result of the powerful Dairy Council lobby?

Got proof?

I recently wrote a blog called Got Proof? The Lack of Evidence for Milk’s Benefits, which was based on a research article by Dr. David Ludwig and Dr. Walter Willett from Harvard, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association. The study by Ludwig and Willett showed a lack of evidence for the government’s recommendations. The Harvard scientists found no data to support the claim that the consumption of dairy leads to better bones, weight loss, or improved health. They also found some serious risks tied to dairy consumption, including weight gain, increased cancer risk, and increased fracture risk. It turns out milk does not build strong bones! They also found that dairy may cause other problems like constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, bloating, gas, diarrhea, allergies, eczema, and acne.

So, is milk nature’s perfect food? Yes. If you’re a calf.

Dairy should not be a dietary staple

While it is true that some people can tolerate dairy in small amounts—for example, descendants from Northern Europe and people who don’t have allergies, lactose intolerance, or a leaky gut—it should not be a staple of our diet. We should not be putting it on or in everything.

Dairy contains some very allergenic proteins, such as casein, which can be problematic for many people. And to make matters worse, the casein that’s in our modern dairy—sourced from modern, hybridized cows—has been genetically altered, creating a much higher likelihood of inflammation, autoimmune disease, and even type 1 diabetes. With this in mind, I strongly recommend that you limit the amount of cow-sourced dairy that you consume.

Ang proper training para magbuild ng muscle:
Work Hard(Magbuhat ka nung kaya mo lang and pakonti konti ng increase need mo ng mas mabigat para mas lumaki muscle mo.)
Train Hard (Wag mo dayain ang pagbubuhat mo or else walang progress talagang mangyayari sa katawan mo and know paano ang tamang pagbuhat para sa bawat body parts.)
Proper Diet (Eat healthy foods lalo lalo na Protein Foods yan ang nagrerebuild ng muscle natin.)
Sleep Well (Yan kasi ang time na nagrerecronstruct ang ating katawan lalong lalo na sa mga muscle tissue natin after mag workout.)

Proper diet - kain lang tama wag puro junk foods, pwede rin tinapay kasi mabigat yun sa tiyan para dika mabilis gutomin
Full Meal - Full breakfast ka dapat ts ramihan mo kumain para tumaba ka kasi yun yung ieexercise mo walang silbi kung magexercise tapos payatot ka..
No to Vitamins - wag ka iinom ng mga vitamis or kahit anong supplement mas lalong di gaganda katawan mo yan
Meryenda - eto boss recommend ko yung vitamilk maganda siya oh kaya fresh milk/ or yun shake tulad ng mga mass gainer..vitamilk lang kasi ako kaya after 3 hours of breakfast meryenda ulit tapos after 3 hours of lunch meryenda ulit then after 3 hours of dinner meryenda ulit or gatas nalang..
Enough Sleep/Rest - wag masyado sa puyat boos kasi after workout dun ka nagreregain ng lakas mo para sa next exercise mo or anything na gagawin mo
Proper Exercise - magbuhat ka ayon sa lakas at katawan mo ts, different crouches, different push-ups, jogging/ thread mill, squats.. maglaan ka ng 30 mins - 1hr. ng oras mo para mag exercise, at dapat everyday wag yung patigil tigil.. do it 3 sets or 2 sets kung di kaya ng katawan mo

Agree with kevinfarm, useless ang whey protein kung hindi mo rin napapatama yung caloric goal mo, dapat kasi kapag kumakain ka mas mataas sa maintenance mo kasi para lumaki ang katawan mo, kailangan mo ng maraming calories pero di naman yung gaanong marami.

Kung ako sayo, save your money and spend it solely on foods to reach your needed daily intake. Depende rin kasi yan sa tao eh, ako 6'1"ft ako ang tdee ko 2600 cals so kaya kung nagbubulk ako kinakain ko 3.5k pero madali ako nun tumaba pero sulit naman sa results lalo na sa strength, kung ako sayo lean bulk ka lang dagdagan mo lang ng 300 yung tdee mo. Ang tdee kasi depende sa height at weight, kung 5'6 ka lang mga 2400 cals sulit na pang bulk

Results + 300 = Lean Bulking macro yan yung kailangan mong matake sa isang araw para magbuild ng muscle

i came across about your problem.

to start with, sabi mo naggym ka? ano ba program mo? what are your current lifts and weights?

do you perform compound exercises?

tinatanong ko to kasi kung gusto mo magpalaki ng katawan, kelangan maging bihasa ka muna sa basic compound movements - Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Rows and Military Press. Although some of the online article focuses more on the Big 3 - Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.

Kelangan mo ng foundation of strength, kasi kung magaan lang lage buhat mo, baka mahirapan ka magbuild ng muscle. Foundation of strength can come from progression. May mga sikat na program to build strength as well as muscle, you can do your research - Strong Lift 5x5, Starting Strength, ICF(Ice Cream Fitness) 5x5, All Pro routine and so on.

Then your diet. Some pro's sa bodybuilding, ang ginagawa nila is to lose weight muna, nasa cap ng 5-15% body fats, then dun sila nagpapabulk (clean bulk).

To achieve a clean bulk, you should be eating in a calorie surplus... Kelangan mo din ang gantong paraan para mas makabuhat ka ng mabigat lalo na sa mga sample routine na sinasabi ko.

Bulking = Calorie Surplus
Cutting = Calorie Deficit

Yan ang mga basic na kelangan mong malaman, don't worry trial and error din minsan ang bodybuilding :)

nag take ako nito tumaba nga ako wala pang 1 month as in taba pero after ko naman mag take nang isang buwan tumigil naako kasi nga mataba naako kaso unti.unti naman syang nawawala yung pag kataba ko after 1 month na hindi naako nag tatake ito bumalik narin yung dating payat kung katawan how sad naman...
