First Time sa GYM...

ang hirap naman pala magpalaki ng katawan..

stats ko:

bench press - 145lbs
deadlift - 150lbs
bicep curl - 40lbs (each DB)
lat pulldown - 105lbs
DB squat - 70lbs (each DB)
1 arm row - 70 lbs (1 DB)
military press - 90lbs
upright row - 80lbs
seated leg curl - 100lbs

mag isa lang ako nag bubuhat,
wla akong spotter,
sa bahay may mini gym ako.

Suhestyon lang po, mas maganda sana kung BEFORE and after ang pixs the ipopost nyo. Before kayo nag start mag gym at after a couple of monts ( lets say 3 mos ). PAra nman maka engganyo kayo or makapagbigay ng inspirasyon sa iba na gusto rin maging fit and healthy.
Better still, lagyan nyo rin ng proof of authenticity para walang lokohan.

Wouldnt it be great to be strong and have ABS?
What's the point of having an ABS kung lampa ka nman.
If you lift heavy, having your dreams abs will be jaz a bonus.:yipee:

ang hirap naman ng bonus mu pinakamahirap na bonus ata ung abs :thumbsup: by the way thx kc naapreciate ko na lumalakas ang isang tao kahit walng abs :thumbsup:
ok lng walang abs wag lang sobrang daming abs :rofl: tama ba un? :dance:
 
Kung Gus2 nyu mag karoon ng abs WAG KAU MG CONCENTRATE SA ABS! kelangan buong katawan po. and when you start lifting weights you also start craving for it as time passes by.(e1 ganyan nararamdaman ko haha) Btw 16 Yrs lng poe ako (ala pa abs lol 2months) BTW Indi sumusobra ang abs-.-ROFL
 
hirap nga pag lagi puyat, dati nag ggym ako, almost 3months din kaso hirap pag sabayin ng work at pag ggym lalo na shifting sched ko..
 
anu ba mga Exercise para sa chest? yung pang model ang build, saka mga exercise na din para sa triceps, :thanks:
 
the best is semi close grip bench press, where you tuck your elbows in close to your body like power lifters do. gets you to do massive weights and avoid injuries.

also bench presses are assistedly pressed with deltoids and triceps, therefore mas maganda ang resulta pag close grip dahil mas compound ang movement.

bench press (wide, medium, close grips),
tricep pushdown,
dips

kung d mo alam kung pano gawin ung mga binigay sayo youtube ka n lng ng mga program.. sample si idol wheeler.. search mo lng sa youtube mga program sample.. shoulder workout chest workout etc...

i did search youtube last last days, and madami ako natutununan (cguro..:ashamed:) ginagawa ko na yung mga exercise na nakita ko sa YT. :happy:
 
Mga boss anu effective exercise na pamlaki ng shoulders? Anganda kc tignan pag nka fit na damit ka tas malaki shoulders mo.
 
-Boulder shoulder routine-
Seated Military press 4set 10reps
seated dumbell press 4set 10rps
side lateral superset w/ front raise 3set 10reps
dumbell shrug 2-3set 10reps ..
