You can eat every 2 hours but make sure that hindi (LAMON) sorry for my word. 6 small meals a day is far more better than 3 large meals a day, and by small means small. thnx sa reply.. balak ko alisin lang taba ko pero ayaw ko pumayat maliit kasi braso ko malaki lang tiyan at boobs "skinny fat" or ectomorph ang katawan ko.. nasa 5 weeks na ako nag full body workout(every other day) from 81 kilos 80 nalang ako.. ang tanong ko is hanggang kelan ako mag full body workout at kelan ako mag po-program yung specific workout muscle parts per session?
