Di po kasi ako nag-gygym pero everyday push up and improvised weights. Pero di ko po pinagtutuunan yung legs (skipping leg day) kaya para siyang paa ng manok. ANG PAYAT! luh!

Ani po ba tips nyong exercises without gym equipments?
 
Same tau brad.... Push-up everyday 20 push up 3 repeatation...
